Who Am I
“Awakening Hauora to create a path to a balanced life.”
Clinical Psychologist, Dr Jessica Gerbic believes that Māori wisdom can be utilised to enable all people to create pathways to wellbeing. By creating wellbeing resources from a Te Ao Māori perspective she hopes to support people to whakapiki (enhance) their hauora (which is a Māori philosophy of health that connects the physical, spiritual, environmental and relational). The aim is to make aspects of Te Ao Māori easily accessible for those who need it.
